Education
Osborn Pacific Group especially enjoys working with educational facilities to create projects that inspire students' creativity while minimizing maintenance for the institution. We analyze a variety of factors, including age groups of the students, site conditions, views into and out of the campus, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, opportunities for leisure, operations and maintenance requirements, and financial considerations to develop projects that meet current and anticipated needs.
Whether the project is an elementary school or a University plaza, it is vital to address aesthetic as well as functional aspects of the design. Busy students of all ages need clear and direct circulation routes. They also need ready access to gathering, studying, and relaxation areas so that their unstructured time can be used efficiently.
A free-flowing campus circulation is generally more conducive to creative thinking than is a haphazard collection of sidewalks. Osborn Pacific Group works with the client to provide creative solutions that meet targeted budgets. Funding limitations do not have to determine the quality of the design. A path between two back doors does not have to look like an afterthought. A large parking lot does not have to look like a sea of asphalt. We take pride in bringing a creative solution to every design challenge we meet. |
