Osborn Pacific Group has worked with public agencies and municipalities across the country to plan, design, and mitigate for essential, but not always aesthetic, infrastructure installations. These installations call for some of the most creative design solutions of all. Often a public works facility is located in established 
residential neighborhoods and the immediate neighbors have legitimate concerns when these facilities expand or remodel. New projects, expansions, or remodels must be sensitive to the local community and require a comprehensive landscaping concept. 
Our approach reflects or enhances the character of the neighborhood. It is our goal to create aesthetically pleasing projects that blend compatible landscaping components into the
existing neighborhood. We conduct public workshops to optimize
citizen participation and arrive at consensus during the project
programming phase. We also use the workshop format and public meetings to help generate community interest and support for the project.
