Linda Osborn, ASLA — President
Planning, directing, and designing successful projects since 1976, Linda has developed creativity and consensus building skills that have helped plan developments for public agencies, institutions, and private developers. Osborn Pacific Group's large and varied portfolio of built work confirms Linda's passion for good design and her keen eye for detail. Yet, her congenial demeanor and outstanding planning skills make her a valuable leader on large-scale land use and master planning teams where the art of coordination and persuasion are crucial. Linda listens carefully to clients and helps them construct complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Away from the office finds Linda involved in the day-to-day activities of three teenagers and tending her front yard water garden. |

Kirk Hackler, ASLA — Landscape Architect and Environmental Designer
Kirk is truly passionate about the work he does. The successes of his projects confirm this enthusiasm. He has worked in the environmental design field for more than 20 years, focusing on wetland and stream mitigation design, construction management, and monitoring. Kirk has extensive experience with federal, state, and local agency approval requirements and combines this with the benefits of team-oriented design approaches that are tempered with the requirements of the construction industry.
Kirk has provided environmental permitting services and sensitive areas designs for many types of public and private projects. Typically, he will personally manage all environmental permitting, prepare designs and construction documents, and provide construction observation for fisheries-based in-stream structures, streambank biostabilization, wetland mitigation and creation sites, grading, and planting plans. Kirk is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of Washington.
Time away from the office typically finds Captain Kirk and his wife cruising the Pacific Northwest in their 40 foot sailboat, Due West. |

Stacy Winnick, ASLA — Landscape Architect
Stacy has been directing, planning, and designing successful landscape, recreation, and sensitive area mitigation projects since 1983. Stacy began her career in California and moved to the Northwest in 1985. She has been involved in many public and private projects requiring expertise in urban design, large-scale site planning, and detailed construction design. She also concentrates her efforts in the areas of park and recreation planning, irrigation, and sensitive area landscape restoration. Stacy is responsible for overall design, project coordination and management, and technical review. Stacy is particularly experienced in all aspects of landscape construction management. Stacy is a registered landscape architect in the States of Washington, California, and Alaska.
Outside the office finds Stacy chasing after an odd assortment of pets and other hand-me-down creatures, including assorted poultry, rabbits, rodents, and sometimes a stray cat or dog. |

Brandon Berthold — Landscape Designer and CAD Manager
After studying landscape architecture at Washington State University and earning his BLA at the University of Idaho, Brandon Berthold returned to the Pacific Northwest to pursue his interests in sustainable environmental technology and computer applications as they apply to landscape architecture. Brandon’s role at Osborn Pacific Group is not simply the daily challenge of making existing AutoCAD and Microstation CAD technologies work optimally; keeping projects moving; and meeting deadlines, but he brings fresh creative design insights and enthusiasm for the profession. Brandon enjoys his free time wakeboarding, riding dirt bikes, and going on camping trips with his family.
